Sending WhatsApp for Business messages in DialLink

Once the WhatsApp integration is connected and a WhatsApp sender is set up, you can start sending and receiving messages in DialLink.

Start a new WhatsApp conversation

To start a new WhatsApp conversation:

  1. Go to the Conversations tab

2. Click the New Message icon

3. Select the phone number registered for WhatsApp (marked with the WhatsApp icon)

4. Enter the recipient’s phone number

5. Type your message

Desktop:

Mobile:

Type your message mobile

6. (Optional) Attach media files by clicking the + icon

7. Click Send

Your conversation will appear in the Conversations tab and in your WhatsApp application.
