Once a WhatsApp sender is added, you can start sending and receiving WhatsApp messages in DialLink. WhatsApp conversations are handled directly in the Conversations inbox.
How incoming WhatsApp messages work
When a customer sends a message to your WhatsApp business number:
The message is also routed to DialLink.
A new conversation (or an existing one) appears in the Conversations/Messages inbox.
The phone number is marked with a WhatsApp icon, so it’s clear the message came from WhatsApp.

How to send WhatsApp messages
To reply to a WhatsApp message:
Open Conversations/Messages in DialLink.

2. Select the conversation marked with the WhatsApp icon.
3. Type your message and send it as usual.

Your reply is sent to the customer via WhatsApp using the connected phone number.
