DialLink offers users subscribed to the Professional and Enterprise plans a native WhatsApp for Business integration, allowing you to send and receive WhatsApp messages directly within DialLink.

With this integration, you can manage WhatsApp conversations in the same interface you already use for calls and SMS, eliminating the need to switch between tools.

Note: WhatsApp voice and video calls are not supported in DialLink. Only WhatsApp text messaging is available.
