How to track the delivery of desk phones purchased from DialLink

This article explains how you can track the shipment of desk phones purchased from DialLink.

Once your desk phone order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can also find the tracking information directly in the product.

There are two ways to find tracking information:

Option 1: How to track desk phone delivery using a tracking link from an email

Once your desk phone order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information.

Click the tracking link from the email to view real-time delivery updates directly on the carrier’s website.

Option 2: How to track desk phone delivery in the product

Once your desk phone order has been shipped, the order status in the product will be updated accordingly.

To check the order status in the product, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Settings icon

Desktop:

Open the Settings button in the web portal

Mobile:

Open the Settings in the mobile app

2. Open the Desk phones section

Desktop:

Access the Desk Phone section in the web portal

3. In the workspace, locate your desk phone order

4. Find the relevant order and click the arrow to view full details.

5. In the pop-up window, you will see the tracking information.
