Why do I receive invoices from DialLink if I do not recall subscribing to the service?

If you are receiving invoices or billing statements from DialLink but do not recall signing up for our services, this is typically related to a purchase made over the phone through one of our authorized DialLink partners.

Our partners often resell DialLink services as part of its business phone service offerings, typically bundling them with high-speed business internet connectivity. While the partner manages the sales relationship, the services themselves are provisioned and delivered through DialLink’s platform.

As a result, billing for the subscription may be issued directly by DialLink, even if the original purchase was completed over the phone through our partner.

If you have questions about your subscription or billing, contact the account manager or sales representative of the partner who sold you the business phone service.
