After connecting your Google account to DialLink, you can configure how the integration works.
By default, contact synchronization is set to two-way between Google Contacts and DialLink. You can change this to one-way sync from Google Contacts to DialLink for each connected email account.
How to update synchronization settings
Go to the Settings
2. Open Integrations
3. Select Google Contacts
4. Scroll to the Emails to sync section
5. In the Sync field, choose one of the following:
Both directions
From Google only
How to disconnect your Google Contacts account from DialLink
To disconnect a Google account from DialLink:
Go to Settings
2. Open Integrations
3. Select Google Contacts
4. Scroll to the Emails to Sync section
5. Click Disconnect next to the email address you want to remove
Note: Upon disconnecting a Google account, you will have the option to remove imported contacts from DialLink.
