Creation of AiVA AI voice agents

AI voice agents are included in the Professional and Enterprise plans. Users on these plans can create unlimited number of AI voice agents without additional fees.

Usage of AiVA AI voice agents

Calls handled by AI voice agents are billed separately from standard calling rates. These charges do not use your plan’s included minutes.

AI voice agent usage is billed based on call duration and deducted from your credit balance.
