Payment methods overview

Learn which payment methods you can use to purchase DialLink subscriptions and top up your account balance.

When purchasing a DialLink subscription or adding funds to your account balance, you can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Payment by credit or debit card

  • ACH payment (U.S. bank account)

Payment by credit or debit card

You can pay using a credit or debit card by providing your card details. Once added, DialLink can use this card for current and future payments, including subscription renewals and balance top-ups.

The following card networks are supported:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

Card authorization typically happens within seconds. However, the actual transaction may take up to 3 business days to be fully processed, depending on your bank.

ACH payment (U.S. bank account)

You can also make payments via Automated Clearing House (ACH), which is an electronic transfer between U.S. bank accounts. This method does not require paper checks, wire transfers, or credit card networks.

ACH payments typically take 1 to 3 business days to process. However, DialLink supports Same Day ACH, which allows payments to be processed within one business day in most cases.

Once you provide your bank account details via ACH, DialLink will use them for future payments, including subscription renewals and balance top-ups.
