This article explains how to start an internal chat with your teammates directly from a conversation in DialLink.
Start an internal chat
To start an internal chat:
Open the Conversations tab

2. Find and open the conversation where you want to start a chat

3. Locate the event you want to discuss. This can be:
Incoming, outgoing, or missed call
Voicemail
Incoming or outgoing message

4. Hover over the event and click Start internal chat

5. Type your message in the chat field
Desktop:
Mobile:
6. Click Send

To mention a specific teammate, type @ in the message field and select your colleague from the list.

Answer an internal chat
When you are mentioned in an internal chat, you receive a notification indicated by a badge next to the Conversations tab.
To answer an internal chat:
Open the Conversations tab

2. Look for a conversation with a notification indicator

3. Open the conversation
4. Locate the event with the internal chat

5. Click Internal chat to open it
6. Type your message
