This article explains how to delete an internal chat from a conversation in DialLink.
To delete an internal chat:
Open the Conversations tab

2. Find and open the conversation that contains the internal chat

3. Locate the event with the internal chat attached
Desktop:
Mobile:
4. Hover over the event and click Delete internal chat

5. Confirm the deletion
