The Contacts tab brings together all the contacts available to you in DialLink. To access it, click Contacts in the top navigation menu.
Sections in the Contacts tab
The following sections are available:
All contacts: A complete list of all existing contacts in your DialLink workspace.
Favorites: Contacts you have marked as a favorite for quick access.
Colleagues: Contacts of your teammates within your DialLink workspace.
Externals: Your external working contacts, such as customers, vendors, or partners.
AI-suggested: Contacts suggested by AI based on calls or messages received from unknown numbers (Available only for Professional and Enterprise plans).
Integrations: Contacts synced from your connected native integrations, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Contacts, or Microsoft 365.
Call queues: Contacts of colleagues assigned to a call queue, making it easy to see who is available within a specific queue.
