Adding a website to a knowledge base

You can add a website for your AI voice agent to crawl and use as a knowledge source.

To add a website:

2. Navigate to AI Settings.

3. Click Websites.

4. Click + to add a new website.

5. Enter a recognizable name for the website.

6. Enter the URL.

7. Specify how many link levels deep the crawler will follow.

8. Set the maximum number of pages to crawl.

9. Click Save.
