If your account has phone lines that nobody uses, you can remove them to lower your monthly or yearly cost.
Before you start
You can only remove available lines, meaning lines that aren’t assigned to a user. Pending invites also reserve a line, so cancel any invites you no longer need first.
How to remove a phone line
Go to Settings.
2. Under Company Settings, open Users.
3. Click Manage lines.
4. Use the arrow to reduce the number of lines.
5. Check the updated total price.
6. Click Save.
Once you remove a line, the number of available lines in your account updates right away.
