You can check how many phone lines your DialLink account has, how many are in use, and how many are still available. You can also see how much you pay for your phone lines each month or year, depending on your billing cycle.
Note: One phone line equals one user license. Each user on your account takes up one line.

What you’ll see in the total lines box
The Total lines box shows:
Total lines: the number of phone lines included in your account.
Used lines: the lines currently assigned to users.
Available lines: the lines you’re paying for that aren’t assigned to anyone yet.
Cost: the total amount you pay for your lines per month or per year, based on your billing cycle.
Tip: Pending invites use a line until they’re accepted or cancelled. If you see fewer available lines than expected, check whether you have any invites waiting.
If you have lines you no longer need, you can remove them to lower your bill. Learn how to reduce number of phone lines.
If you’re out of available lines, add new ones before inviting more teammates. Learn how to add new phone lines.
