How to access call timeline

💻Web

  1. Navigate to the Call tab.

  2. Select a call entity from the list. The call timeline will appear on the right.

📱Mobile

  1. Open the History tab to see your calls.

  2. Press the info button next to the call entity.

  3. The call timeline will appear.
