How to access call timeline on web and desktop app
There are two ways to access call timeline:
In the Calls tab
Navigate to the Call tab.
Select a call entity from the list. The call timeline will appear on the right.
In the Conversations tab
Open the Conversations tab.
2. Find the contact whose call timeline you need.
3. Find the call you need in the conversation thread.
4. Click the three dots and select View call in the web and desktop versions. In the mobile app, just click on a call record.
How to access call timeline on mobile app
