Making a call on the web version and desktop app
There are two ways to make a call using the web version or desktop app.
Option 1: Use the dialer
Click the dialer icon in the bottom-right corner.
2. Select Make a call to open the dialer.
3. Enter the phone number manually and click the green call button to start the call.
Option 2: Call from your contacts
Search for a contact in your contact list, open the contact record, and click the Call button.
Making a call on the mobile app
There are also two ways to make a call using the mobile app.
Option 1: Use the dialer
Tap the dialer icon in the bottom-right corner.
2. Manually enter the phone number and tap the green icon to place a call.
Option 2: Call from your contacts
Search for a contact in your contact list, open the contact record, and click the Call button.
