Once you receive your desk phone, no manual configuration is required. All desk phones included in this plan come pre-provisioned with the DialLink system and automatically connect once plugged into power and connected to the internet.
Below are the steps you’ll need to complete to start using your desk phone for calls:
Option 1: Connect using a Wi-Fi network
Plug the power supply cable into the port labeled DC on the back of the phone, then plug the other end to a wall outlet.
Wait a few seconds for the phone to power on.
Once the screen turns on, follow the on-screen prompt to connect to Wi-Fi.
Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
After a few moments, the phone will automatically connect to your DialLink account.
Option 2: Connect using an Ethernet cable
Plug the power supply cable into the port labeled DC on the back of the phone, then plug the other end to a wall outlet.
Wait a few seconds for the phone to power on.
Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the port labeled Internet on the back of the phone, and the other end into a router or Ethernet wall jack.
The phone will automatically connect to your DialLink account.

If your desk phone still doesn’t work after connecting it to power and the internet
If your phone still isn’t working after following these steps, confirm that the desk phone is connected to your DialLink account:
Go to Settings > Desk Phones.
2. Check the status of your phone. It should be set to Registered.
If you don’t see your phone listed or its status shows something different, contact our support team using one of the options below:

Open live chat in the DialLink Settings Console by clicking the Help icon next to your profile.
3. Start a live chat on the DialLink website.
