Note: AI-suggested contacts is available on Professional and Enterprise plans only.
AI-suggested contacts is a feature that identifies people you have called or messaged, or who have called or messaged you, but are not yet saved in your Contacts tab. DialLink suggests a name and converts the number into a contact record that you can choose to accept or reject.
Suggested contacts are marked with a "Maybe" label.
Access AI-suggested contacts
Open the Contacts tab.
Click on the AI-suggested section.
Accept AI-suggested contacts
To accept a suggested contact and add it to your main contact book:
Open the Contacts tab.
Click on the AI-suggested section.
Open the suggested contact.
Click Accept.
Reject AI-suggested contacts
To reject a suggested contact and remove it from the list:
Open the Contacts tab.
Click on the AI-suggested section.
Open the suggested contact.
Click the three dots to open the menu.
Click Delete contact.
