What happens if the caller presses a key that isn't mapped?

If a key isn’t assigned to any destination, nothing will happen. The system will wait for a valid input or execute the default action after a short timeout.

Can I assign the same key to multiple destinations?

No, each key can only be assigned to one destination. If you want multiple people to answer, route the key to a Ring group.

Can I use ‘*’ or ‘#’ as menu options?

Yes, you can assign ‘*’ or ‘#’ to a destination, just like any other digit.

Can I set up nested menus (multi-level IVR)?

Yes. To create a multi-level structure, route one of the options to another Auto-receptionist with a configured IVR menu.
