The Hold feature allows you to accept a new call without ending your current one. When you answer the new call, the previous caller is automatically placed on hold. This feature helps you manage multiple inbound calls efficiently and ensures no calls are missed.

How to put a caller on hold (Mobile):

  1. During an active call in the mobile app, tap the Hold button on the keypad.

  2. The current caller will be placed on hold, allowing you to take another action or answer a new call.
