You can make international calls and send international messages from your U.S. or Canadian phone number. This feature is not enabled by default but is available to users on all subscription plans: Essential, Professional, and Enterprise.
Note: International calling and messaging are not included in your subscription plan. These services are billed separately as metered usage.

How to enable international calling and messaging
Follow these steps:

2. Open the Phone numbers section.

3. Select the phone number for which you want to enable international calling and messaging.

4. Locate the International calling and messaging setting.

5. Turn the toggle on to activate the feature.
Once enabled, you will be able to make international calls and send international messages from the selected number.
