You can block phone numbers to automatically filter out unwanted or suspicious incoming calls and messages, such as spam or scam attempts.
Blocked numbers apply company-wide. When someone tries to reach your DialLink workspace from a blocked number, the call or message is automatically rejected.
How it works
The block list applies to incoming calls and messages across the entire workspace. When a blocked number tries to reach any user, DialLink automatically rejects the call or message before it is delivered.
Blocked calls never ring. They are silently dropped and appear in the call log with the relevant status, so users are not distracted by spam or repeated unwanted calls.
Blocked messages are filtered out entirely and do not appear in any chat thread or get delivered to any recipient.
Changes take effect instantly. Once a number is added or removed from the block list, the new rule applies to all users immediately.
How to add a number to the blocklist
You can block a phone number using one of two options.
