If a phone number was blocked by mistake or you want to restore communication with a previously blocked contact, you can remove it from the block list at any time. Once unblocked, the number can reach your DialLink workspace again immediately.
If you want to unblock phone numbers, follow the steps:
Go to Settings > Blocklist.
2. Select one or multiple numbers you want to unblock.
3. Click Unblock to unblock a number.
The change takes effect instantly. Once a number is removed from the block list, incoming calls and messages from that number will be delivered to your workspace again.
