Call tagging

Learn what call tagging is, how it works, how to create custom tags, and how to assign them to calls to organize and search your call history in DialLink.

What is call tagging

Call tagging is the process of assigning predefined labels to calls, making it easier to organize, filter, and search your call history later. Instead of scrolling through a long list of calls, you can quickly find every call related to a specific topic (such as sales, support, or billing), outcome, or customer by filtering on its tag.
