Before you start texting from a toll-free number, it helps to know which costs apply. This article covers the verification fee and other fees associated with owning and using a toll-free number in DialLink.
Verification fees
DialLink doesn't charge a fee for submitting a toll-free messaging verification request. All attempts are free, including corrections and resubmissions after a rejection.
This means you can:
Submit your first verification request at no cost
Update and resubmit a rejected request as many times as needed
Verify additional toll-free numbers without extra verification charges
Other toll-free number fees
While verification is free, there are other costs associated with owning and using a toll-free number.
Monthly toll-free number fee
Each toll-free number has a standard monthly fee of $7. This fee applies whether or not you use the number for messaging and is billed as part of your regular DialLink invoice.
Messaging usage fees
SMS: Text messages sent from your toll-free number are included in your subscription plan.
MMS: Picture and media messages aren't included in your plan. They're billed as metered usage, based on the number of messages you send.
