How to resubmit rejected toll-free messaging verification request

If you receive an email notification stating that your toll-free messaging verification request has been rejected or if you see a Rejected status in the product, you can update your request by correcting the details or adding the missing information and submit it again for review.

Resubmit rejected toll-free messaging verification request

To update and resubmit a rejected request, follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings

Open the Settings desktop

2. In Phone system settings, open the Trust tab.

3. Click or scroll down to Toll-Free Numbers Registration.

4. Find your request in the table.

5. Click on the Edit and submit button next to it.

6. Update the required details by correcting errors or adding any missing information.
