How to put a caller on hold on web and desktop app
On web and desktop, the hold feature is available only during conference calls. When you are on a call with multiple participants, you can place one of them on hold.
To put a participant on hold, click the Hold button next to the participant’s name.
How to put a caller on hold on mobile app
On the mobile app, you can put a caller on hold during both one-to-one and conference calls. During an active call, tap the Hold button on the keypad.
