Managing auto-receptionist operators

Operators are DialLink users who have access to the call history and voicemails of a specific auto-receptionist.
They don’t receive calls themselves, but they can review past interactions to stay informed or follow up when needed.

Note. Only active DialLink users in your workspace can be assigned as operators.

How to assign an operator

  1. Go to your DialLink web workspace and open Settings > Auto-receptionists.
