Manual call recording overview
DialLink allows you to record inbound and outbound calls by manually starting the recording while you are on a call.

Note: Manual call recording is available to users on the Essential, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
How to start manual call recording
To start recording a call manually:
Start or answer a call. To learn more, see the How to make a call and How to receive a call articles.
Open the Call panel.
Click Start recording. The recording will start immediately.

Mobile:
To confirm that the recording is active, check the Recording button. It will appear red/active while recording is in progress.
